Job Summary

A critical health and human services company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resources Director.

Must be able to:

• Participate as part of the leadership team for the execution of business strategies and goals
• Guide management and employee actions through policies and processes
• Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• 10 years of related human capital experience
• 10 years of leadership/management experience
• Ability to problem solve at both the management and employee levels
• Ability to influence management to take action on human capital initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
