Job Summary

A financial technology company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Generalist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing day-to-day employee relations concerns
• Managing and conducting investigations related to employee claims
• Supporting the company’s transition to a new HRIS, Workday

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of previous experience handling employee relations within a startup or high-growth business
• Experience with and passion for supporting diversity and inclusion strategy initiatives
• Superb time management, prioritization skills, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to support policies enable the company to hire a diverse, global workforce
• Ability to act as a key resource for internal partners across the business
• Ability to support the rollout of quarterly/annual HR programs
