Job Summary

A healthcare services company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Generalist.

Must be able to:

Perform day-to-day human resources services
Report to the HR Director of the dedicated business unit
Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems

Qualifications for this position include:

Ability to travel
4+ years’ experience as a HR Generalist/Specialist with increasing responsibility
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
PHR/SPHR or equivalent SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP designation
