Job Summary

A human resources company has a current position open for a Telecommute Human Resources Implementation Advisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gather applications from carriers to send to clients
  • Instruct employers as to how to complete required paperwork
  • Communicate final approval from the carrier to the client

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience at carrier, general agency or brokerage in a similar benefits role
  • Thorough knowledge of employee benefits, including implementation of policies and underwriting requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word and database applications
  • Current life and health insurance license required
