Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resources Project Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage multiple HRBP team projects in varying scope and size
- Administer, track, and report on progress of projects within the HRBP Team
- Ensure coordination and alignment of HR initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with foundational HR data, HR information systems and applications
- Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and across remote teams
- Good relationship management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong capabilities with core applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus
- Ability to work and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
