A wealth management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Human Resources Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements of the business
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified Candidates to Hiring Managers
  • Maintain the integrity of all talent management system

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with outside search firm and industry focus in financial services
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Advisor or Consultant in a Recruiting capacity
  • Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods
  • Familiarity with HR databases, CRM and ATS
