Job Summary

A cloud-based learning and talent management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Implementation Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding complex and unique client use cases and developing configuration and integration recommendations
  • Working independently with the client to implement the Talent Management solutions
  • Passing all internal written product certification exams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of experience involving client interaction, technical support, or project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette
  • Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to understand complex client requirements
