Job Summary

An employee benefits advisory is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute PT Implementation Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gather data requirements from carrier(s), Consultants and clients
  • Communicate stage final approval from the carrier to the client
  • Build and maintain rapport with carrier contacts by ensuring clear concise requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Experience at carrier, general agency or brokerage in a benefits support role
  • Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word and database applications
