Job Summary
An educational technology development company is in need of a Telecommute Implementation Specialist Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of dynamic implementation specialists
- Fostering strong technical practices
- Coordinating multiple aspects of customer set-up structures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience demonstrating strong CS fundamentals
- Experience managing complex inter-team dependencies
- Proven track record building and managing teams while still being a hands-on leader
- 5+ years educational industry experience where you have facilitated between internal and external teams in an Information Technology capacity
