Job Summary

An information technology and services company is in need of a Telecommute IMS Systems Programmer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support multiple customer for after hours on-call
  • Evaluate change requests and determine impact to assigned clients
  • Troubleshoot and solve IMS System and database issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in IMS
  • Knowledge in best practices of software management, maintenance and documentation
  • Experience with Configuring and managing IMS in a parallel sysplex environment
  • Experience Troubleshooting and solving of IMS System and database issues
  • Experience with DR recovery of application objects
