Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Incident Management Junior Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the internal team to address and respond to all incidents in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that all incidents that are logged have adequate information to enable investigation and remediation in a timely manner
  • Working with stakeholders to update incident tickets with appropriate information detailing items such as impact, risk, and likelihood

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous job experience in financial service operations, back office transaction processing or technology operations, specifically with reconciliation and exception reporting and research
  • Experience in accounting, account servicing or other related experience in researching transactions
  • Experience in JIRA a plus
  • Ability to ensure incidents contain information that may determine prioritization of work effort
