Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Incident Response Advanced Technical Support Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform website cleanup and troubleshooting
  • Read code to determine if file is malicious
  • Troubleshoot customers' websites

Required Skills:

  • General understanding of security principles
  • Linux experience – CLI and cPanel
  • Experience with Apache, Nginx and other web servers
  • Experience with WordPress, Joomla, Magento, vBulletin and other CMS software
  • Web Malware experience- decoding, understanding
  • PHP and Shell scripting/automation experience
