Job Summary

A public health records non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Information Systems Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting operation and support of the SharePoint platforms
  • Providing backup support for all information systems
  • Supporting the ongoing improvement of vital records data and development of data exchange products and functionality

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel out of town averages 1 - 2 (2-3 day) trips per quarter
  • BA/BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience working with information systems in the vital statistics field
  • Modern practices and procedures for researching, accessing and maintaining data
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using STEVE 2.0
  • All other technical requirements necessary for this position
