Job Summary
An information technology company specializing in cybersecurity solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Information Technology Customer Experience Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of customer business and technical requirements
- Manage transition from sales to product kickoff and implementation
- Develop “trusted partner” relationship with pivotal customer representatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 25% or more of the time domestically or internationally
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role in a technology company
- Project management experience
- Experience using office applications and cloud communication applications
