Job Summary
A defense contractor is in need of a Telecommute Information Technology Talent Defense Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend Talent Management policies and guidance
- Spearhead initiatives in areas such as DE&I, employee engagement, and performance management
- Provide management advisory service on a continuing and as-needed basis
Position Requirements Include:
- Two years of experience recommending and implementing guidance in human resources management
- Ability to spearhead initiatives in areas such as DE&I, employee engagement, and performance management
- Ability to provide customer service to our workforce
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and proactively can work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
