Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Inpatient Coding Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing inpatient denials from third party payers
• Writing appeals if necessary
• Working closely with Clinical Documentation Improvement leadership

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Health Information Technology; or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or other health care related degree
• RHIT, RHIA or CCS credentialed preferred
• 5 years of experience
