Job Summary

A healthcare provider is in need of a Telecommute Inpatient Coding Integrity Specialist in Denver.

Must be able to:

  • Review inpatient medical record documentation
  • Initiate, review, and/or edit physician queries
  • Initiate, review, and/or edit physician queries

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • RHIT, RHIA or CCS certification
  • 1 year of acute care hospital inpatient coding experience
  • Coding Technical Skills - ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRGs
  • Coding Technical Skills - APR DRGs, and POA Assignment
