Job Summary
An online school has an open position for a Telecommute Inside Sales Admissions Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the sales department and working with team leads
- Hiring, leading, and developing a growing sales team
- Analyzing complex information, then translating these findings into actionable deliverables
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a high level sales position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Previous success building and developing a talented sales team
- Positive attitude through change; can maintain composure in stressful and uncertain situations
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Marketing and Product teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
