Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Instate Nursing Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting Program Manager in the recruitment and hiring process of licensed registered nurses
- Conducting audits of approved regional testing sites at a minimum of once a year
- Providing ongoing quality assurance for sites and supervision of Nurse Evaluators
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel to various testing locations, usually within 250 miles round trip
- Current active license without restriction or probation as a registered nurse in the state
- Two years’ experience as a registered nurse with at least one year’ experience working in a long term care facility
- Knowledge of federal and state requirements governing Certified Nurse Assistant training and testing
- Knowledge of the state requirements related to documentation and report preparation
