Job Summary
A human resources consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the full learning content development cycle including project planning, content storyboarding, digital asset creation, and formal learning evaluation using leading learning theories and technologies
- Creating and enhancing products using advanced instructional design and learning experience principles
- Designing high-impact learning activities and evaluations, ensuring that they are varied to reinforce key concepts and increase knowledge transfer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Learning and Development function or role
- 3-5+ years developing digital learning content using rapid authoring tools
- University degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Communications, or Human Resources
- Proven skill in creating highly engaging and impactful learning experiences
- Demonstrated intellectual curiousity about the effect of HR on the business landscape
- Proven strong Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Project Management software (Teamwork Projects) skills
