A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Instructional Designer in Long Beach.

- Assessing learner needs
- Developing ancillary materials
- Developing, producing, testing, and maintaining online courses
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- 3 years in a combination of instructional and learning design, development, implementation and evaluation
- Extensive knowledge of effective and current pedagogical and andragogical methodologies
- Familiarity and ability to identify and use current educational and multimedia technologies
- Experienced in consulting with faculty, staff, and other professionals on instructional design
- Experience providing support to faculty and students in an online environment
