An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Insurance Agent Recruiter in Indianapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Determine eligibility of agent candidates utilizing screening and interviewing techniques
• Administer agent referral program
• Implement all active and passive recruiting systems

Required Skills:

• Minimum of one year applicable recruiting or sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain networking relationships
