Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Insurance Customer Service Representative in Detroit.

Must be able to:

  • Take inbound calls, you’ll answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
  • Work with personal auto customers, homeowners, or small business owners with commercial auto policies
  • Multitask and apply customer service experience, and can navigate through multiple computer systems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher
  • Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
  • Homeowners insurance roles only: Property & Casualty license
  • Training if you’re not already licensed, you’ll have the opportunity to gain it during our system
