Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Insurance Customer Service Representative in Oshkosh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Field incoming calls from insurance policy holders and providers
- Answer and resolve all inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, adjudication, payment or rejection of claims and/or billing questions
- Convey disposition and resolution of inquiries to customers within required time frames
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Strong computer skills: ability to navigate between screens, with multiple windows open at the same time
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor at all times
