Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Insurance Customer Service Representative in Oshkosh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Field incoming calls from insurance policy holders and providers
  • Answer and resolve all inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, adjudication, payment or rejection of claims and/or billing questions
  • Convey disposition and resolution of inquiries to customers within required time frames

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • Strong computer skills: ability to navigate between screens, with multiple windows open at the same time
