Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Insurance Customer Service Representative in Pensacola.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while also offering additional products
  • Work with personal auto customers, homeowners, or small business owners with commercial auto policies

Required Skills:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher; or two years of relevant work experience
  • Possession of Property and Casualty license for homeowners insurance roles
  • Ability to start training in December or January
  • Ability to worka weekend day and evening hours after completion of training
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
