A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Telecommute Insurance Follow Up Representative in Louisville.

Must be able to:

• Assess accounts to determine the next appropriate course of action
• Place outbound calls to insurance companies
• Reconcile balances and payments

Qualifications for this position include:

• Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
• Ability to read and understand EOB statements
• Understanding of co-pay, co-insurance, and primary and secondary payer
• 1-2 years’ experience in Medical Billing/Follow-up
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and standard office equipment
