Job Summary

A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Integration Solutions Senior Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in and contributes to pre-sales and sales strategies
  • Develop scalable, low latency, reliable and efficient interfaces
  • Lead all aspects of workforce management integrations, and implementations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Up to 50% travel to client sites
  • 2-3+ years' experience in Human Resources or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support
  • Certified in the Kronos product suite, with at least 5 years of related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, RDL, and/or SSRS
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) or similar data integration tool
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proven ability to apply best practices to the software development life cycle
