A managed service provider specializing in DevOps is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Internal IT Recruiter in Lincoln.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers, sales, and executive leadership to strategically grow employee headcount to meet Cmopany's demand as a high-growth technology enabled consulting company
• Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
• Designing and implementing sourcing channels and campaigns

Qualifications Include:

• BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter with IT placement expertise
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
