Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Internal Learning and Innovation Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of small-scale projects
• Contribute to the team's prospecting of potential new projects
• Develop metrics and goals to measure project progress and impact

Required Skills:

• Moderate travel is required (~quarterly)
• Background in strategic consulting, U/X, design, strategy design, ethnographic research, etc
• 5 years work/academic experience
• Prior experience with design thinking, improvement science, and/or lean design principles
