A real estate solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Investment Property Real Estate Inside Sales Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Use prepared sales scripts in order to persuade potential clients to consider selling their properties
• Contact homeowners to discuss the current property situation
• Schedule appointments for field specialists to meet with a prospective seller

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Strong rapport building skills
• Previous inside sales, other sales telemarketing, marketing, or administrative assistance experience
• The capability to tailor communication to a variety of audiences
• Proven fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
