Job Summary
A national lending company is seeking a Telecommute Investor Reporting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing payment applications for compliance with investor and company guidelines
- Reviewing of investor remittance for accuracy and timeliness to avoid penalties
- Reporting and remitting on the company's mortgage loan servicing portfolio to the investors
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers
- Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or government regulations
- 2-3 years related experience and/or training in an Investor Reporting mortgage servicing environment
- Minimum of 2 years reporting and reconcilement experience
- An understanding of the MSP Investor Reporting work station
