Job Summary

An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Telecommute IT and Services Partnership Strategy and Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Legal team
  • Taking ownership for relationship activities with existing partners
  • Leading efforts to develop and execute overall partnership and product strategy

Required Skills:

  • A technical undergrad and/or undergrad from a top-tier liberal arts college or university
  • 5-8 years of experience in roles like: Consulting with top-tier firm (e.g., Bain/BCG/McKinsey or other top-tier consulting firm),
  • Or Business operations or client success at an entrepreneurial B2B SaaS and/or Information and Analytics company
  • Passion for building and expanding relationships with partners and experience navigating large client or partner organizations
  • Experience managing multiple strategic accounts and/or business relationships
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to develop solutions to partner challenges as they arise
