Job Summary
A financial technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute IT Business Consultant III.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing projects or project sub-plans by developing, coordinating and controlling the steps necessary to carry out a project
- Preparing and updating written material and explanations to accompany systems, programs, and program changes
- Evaluating and documenting the performance of tested software and the quality testing process
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel Yes, 5 % of the Time
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-mail software applications
- Ability to understand and focus on the clients' needs while establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to non-technical and technical audience members
- Knowledge of mortgage and home equity servicing industry
