Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute IT Learning Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building organizational capability to achieve business strategies
- Assessing learning needs, design, develop and deliver learning interventions
- Reviewing and analyzing audit documents and data to identify what can be used to evidence meeting operational standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational/Instructional Technology or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience creating instructional materials that demonstrate design skill
- Ability to select and design, develop content, create assessments for appropriate mix of delivery methods and media
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
- Experience facilitating training
