Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Telecommute IT Operations Engineer in Charlotte Hall.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Microsoft Practice teams
  • implement new architecture for identity/access management
  • Implement new hardware/software deployment strategy for PC and MACs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong working knowledge of O365 products along with knowledge of Microsoft InTune
  • Minimum of 5 years/ experience with direct support of Microsoft products
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent work experience
  • Technical certifications from Microsoft and ITIL
