Job Summary

A financial advisor is in need of a Telecommute IT Resolution Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Serve as a central point of contact for escalated and/or complex issues requiring Tier II service support
• Assist advisors, staff, corporate business partners and clients to resolve escalations and complex requests
• Identify and raise awareness to trends and issues

Qualifications Include:

• 18 months experience with the secure site on ameriprise.com
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to explain complex policies or concepts in a straightforward, easy to understand manner
• Ability to research and solve problems and ask the right questions
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• All other requirements necessary for this position
