Job Summary
A Constellation Software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute IT Software System Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working hand-in-hand with product owners to deeply understand our solutions
- Determining the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Developing updates for and manages an integrated online help system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience creating reference guides, standards operating procedures, user guides, and training material
- Experience working within a software development team using agile principles
- Experience with multiple forms of training and documentation media formats
- HTML experience for formatting online content
- Ability to understand interface requirements to support multi-directional integrations
- Great communication and writing skills
