Job Summary

A full-service staffing and recruitment firm is in need of a Telecommute IT Support Analyst in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Support the Office 365 team with day-to-day focus on end user support and administrative activities
• Supporting end users with technical questions, best practices, and training for the Office 365 platform
• Gathering requirements and documenting new or changing business solutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 1-3 years’ relevant IT experience
• Knowledge of application development lifecycle including specification, documentation, and quality assurance
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a variety of clients and internal staff
• Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions
• Solid understanding of cloud vs on-premises concepts
• Advanced Knowledge of: SharePoint 2013 SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Office 365 Groups Technical Troubleshooting Technical Service Management Service Now or other ticketing systems
