Job Summary

A credit reporting company is filling a position for a Telecommute IT Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting Windows/MAC Operating Systems and Microsoft 0365 applications
  • Performing hands-on fixes at the desktop level
  • Applying IT principles, methods, and practices in the customer service and support area

Position Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel to our Corporate office
  • One to two years related work experience is required
  • Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PC, servers, switches, and routers
  • Technical training in helpdesk support, support technician, or help desk technician
