Job Summary

A company that provides information technology services is in need of a Telecommute IT Systems and Security Product Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to complex technical inquiries
  • Managing technical initiatives
  • Troubleshooting product defects

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or related discipline or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in a technical support or professional services role
  • Experience with broad IT environments with an emphasis on customer support
  • Functional knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Strong technical experience supporting Endpoint Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
