Job Summary

An IT consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Java Developer.

Must be able to:

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code using Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and XML
  • Work with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture
  • Integrate web applications with backend databases

Required Skills:

  • Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
  • US Citizen - No dual citizenship
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of software development experience developing Java web applications
  • Possess a SECRET clearance or have the ability to obtain one. Must have at least an interim SECRET to begin work on the contract
  • Must be CompTIA Security+ certified
