A mortgage lending company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Junior Home Mortgage Processor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting Loan Processors in processing mortgage loans
  • Effectively communicating with borrowers/co-borrowers on requested outstanding documents
  • Reviewing credit reports, income, and asset documents to ensure all initial calculations are correct

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ mortgage originating experience with demonstrated success
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow loan protocols
  • Loan operation system efficiency
  • Ability to schedule signing appointments with borrowers/co-borrowers
