Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Junior Support Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Design, develop and analyze implementation plans based on analyses and client discussions
  • Configure the application and workflows alongside the client and per their specifications
  • Execute unit and integration testing before delivering developed solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • Interest in learning and mastering Kronos and other WFM software systems/components
  • Thorough understanding of implementation life cycle components
  • Excellent and creative problem solving skills and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
