Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute K 12 Value Added Services Client Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building the initial relationship with the client and preface the client service experience
  • Providing excellent client service and performing multiple tasks on a daily basis
  • Successfully coordinating the implementation of products

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associate Degree in related field
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service and building excellent client relationships
  • Solid working knowledge of existing FACTS/NBS Enterprise and SIS products, stand-alone products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very detail oriented and a creative thinker
  • Ability to work as a team player and establish good rapport with co-workers
