Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute L1 Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking incoming phone calls
  • Validating the issue reported
  • Fixing end-user issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma
  • Strong troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Home internet with speeds of at least 15 Mbps
  • Ability to replicate, troubleshoot, and describe simple bugs
  • Ability to keep thorough, clear, and complete records in the ticketing system
