Job Summary

An IT company is filling a position for a Telecommute L2 Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems
  • Answering questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization,
  • Delivering and leading team in the delivery of Tier 2 remote hardware and software support services

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Advanced knowledge in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems
  • University degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
