Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with clients handling labor and employment litigation
- Conducting or overseeing labor and employment litigation disputes
- Providing litigation support for outside counsel on employment related issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Remote but in office once a week
- Bar membership
- JD required
- 4+ years of labor and employment specific experience
- Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
- Able to find innovative and compliant solutions when negotiating complex or contentious issues
