Job Summary
A software services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Large Enterprise Senior Human Capital Management Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understanding client business requirements and demonstrating the configurations through the development of prototype systems
- Ensuring the client takes advantage of company best practices
- Sharing product knowledge with other consultants
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- 5 + years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required
- Experience implementing SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Bachelor degree required
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
