Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Large Market Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining the highest level of client loyalty by developing relationships at all levels within the client organization
- Partnering with Support Management to continuously improve efficiency and quality of service to clients
- Continually advocating for Clients and finding new ways to add value to the Client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 50%of the time
- 5+ years' experience with Human Capital Management space
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with HCM software features and current competitive landscape
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts (i.e. over 2,000 employees)
- Customer relationship management experience in the HCM space
