Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Large Market Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining the highest level of client loyalty by developing relationships at all levels within the client organization
  • Partnering with Support Management to continuously improve efficiency and quality of service to clients
  • Continually advocating for Clients and finding new ways to add value to the Client

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%of the time
  • 5+ years' experience with Human Capital Management space
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with HCM software features and current competitive landscape
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts (i.e. over 2,000 employees)
  • Customer relationship management experience in the HCM space
