Job Summary

An education company has an open position for a Telecommute Lead Instructional Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing instructional design consultation to faculty and subject matter experts
• Facilitating the course development process
• Building course content in learning management systems

Required Skills:

• Up to 15% non-local travel may be required
• 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Education, Instructional Design or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in instructional design
• Experience in learning management systems
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, facilitation, and learner-centered activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills
